It’s really amazing that some people claim to be more Rwandan than others. Their argument being that one does not speak Kinyarwanda fluently. So for them, once a person does not know the language, he/she is not Rwandan and the moment a person is fluent in Kinyarwanda, then he/she is a true Rwandan. This judgement might be misleading. I have seen many foreigners who are very fluent in Kinyarwanda and I have seen many true Rwandans who know little Kinyarwanda. There should be a better way of handling this matter of nationality without capitalising on the language only. Bugesera
