Editor, RE: “Water crisis: WASAC should communicate better” (The New Times, September 2). Let’s assume that all the issues Sunny Ntayombya presented were indeed the causes of water shortage in Kigali; what is the body in charge doing to address this problem? They shouldn’t be there in name; they should provide services to Rwandans and do it properly without fear or favour. They should actually take Mr Ntayombya’s advice: rationing fairly. Imagine spending weeks without water and yet people in Gishushu and a few other suburbs never lack water! This is not acceptable. Donna
