My teachers seem to be uncomfortable with my reserved character. Some even think that I despise them since I don’t talk to them a lot. How can I change that perception? Also find something of interest that you share with your teacher and when you are both free, approach him/her and start a conversation with them. The other trick is to be active in class by answering your teacher’s questions and asking when you don’t understand. Also, if the teacher has a good sense of humour, joke with them occasionally. Avoid talking to your friends or sending text messages during lessons because it would set you on a collision path with the teacher if caught. Furthermore, always wear a smile and look your teachers in the eye. The best thing to do, however, is to wok hard and ensure that your grades are good.
