Celebrating Uganda’s 46 years of independence

NYARUGENGE - The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Rosemary Museminari Friday said that Kigali was enjoying good relations with Uganda.  The minister made the remarks while addressing hundreds of people who turned up to celebrate Uganda’s 46th independence at Serena Hotel, Kigali. She said that the two sister countries were sharing good bilateral relationships which will spur development for the two nations. “We are proud to be celebrating Uganda’s independence here in Rwanda. Let us work together to consolidate our achievements,” Museminari said.
