Editor, This is in reference to the story “How could ITV grant a platform to a Genocide mastermind?” (The New Times, July 23). The British media, at least those that have made their minds clear like BBC and now ITV, have something to answer to their British audience. Feeding their audience on lies and distortion of facts is evidence that as much as they want to change our history, they also deliberately feed their viewers on lies? What type of responsibility do they have to their audience? They think they are doing harm to us but they are doing more harm to their people. I think the British people have the right to be told facts but not lies, distortions and denial of the truth. You say “blood diamonds”, yours is blood news coverage. Emmanuel
