Defence Ministry gets new Permanent Secretary
President Paul Kagame on Friday evening appointed Lt Col Innocent Gashugi as the new Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Defence, replacing Col Joseph Rutabana, who was recently appointed as Rwanda’s ambassador to Israel.
