Train TVET students in entrepreneurship

Refer to the story, “GIZ donates equipment to TVETs” (The New Times, July 15). Reading the article, it looks to me like the emphasis is being put on getting TVET graduates develop job search techniques and market themselves to potential employers. Someone tell me if I am wrong, please!
