Dear Editor,I read with dismay that victims of an earthquake that took place in February in the Western Province had not yet received any tangible help. Worse still, is the fact that well-wishers and good Samaritans had contributed almost a hundred percent of the required funds to reconstruct the destroyed infrastructure, in the area. These funds should get there urgently, they can work on schools, hospitals and a lot more. I suggest the officials who are responsible for delaying this much needed help should be brought to book. They should explain why they prolonged fellow Rwandans’ suffering. Butare
