Dear editor, I would like to congratulate the new speaker of parliament Hon. Rose Mukantabana who was elected with an overwhelming majority. For the first time a woman takes over the parliament chair and this is good news for women. I wish her all the best as she starts the new assignment with vast challenges. Kicukiro
