No trading on the bourse

The Rwanda Stock Exchange was quiet yesterday, with no counter recording any sales. This resulted in RSE Share Index and All Share Index were unchanged compared to the last trading session on Friday, closing at 224.02 and 136.08 points, respectively. Bank of Kigali counter recorded a total turnover of Rwf771.4 million on Friday, from 2,660,000 shares traded in seven deals. It closed at Rwf290. Bralirwa closed at Rwf358 on Friday. It recorded a total turnover of Rwf107,400 from 300 shares traded in one deal. Equity Group Holdings last traded at Rwf430. The last trading session it recorded a total turnover of Rwf43,000 from 100 shares traded once. There was an outstanding offer of 182,000 Bank of Kigali shares at between Rwf292 and Rwf296 and no bids. On the Bralirwa counter, there was an offer of 311,200 shares at between Rwf355 and Rwf380 and no buyers. Uchumi Supermarkets got an outstanding offer of 6,400 shares at Rwf104, but there were no bids, while Equity received an offer of 50,000 shares at Rwf430.
