I&M Bank Rwanda Plc customers can now pay for IremboGov services by using the bank’s payment platforms, thanks to the integration launched Wednesday, October 25. Named “Byoroshye”, the integration seeks to enhance the process of payment for IremboGov services for both citizens and I&M Bank customers. It is designed to streamline the user experience, making it accessible to a wider audience, and thereby allowing more people to take advantage of the diverse range of available services. The payment platforms that can be used include iClick (internet banking), Mobile App, USSD, Cards, and the branch. To pay, customers will log in these platforms or visit their nearest I&M Bank branch and utilize their billing ID generated by IremboGov to complete the payment, free of charge. Speaking during the launch, I&M Bank Rwanda’s Chief Operating Officer, Paul Sagnia, said the partnership with Irembo is a giant step forward for the bank and a testament to their commitment to innovation and always bringing solutions to customers’ needs. “We are thrilled to offer our clients the convenience of paying with our digital platforms when interacting with IremboGov,” he said. “This is just the beginning and a reminder of our promise to customers that we are on their side. He highlighted I&M Bank Rwanda’s continuous efforts to stay at the forefront of digital transformation with their recent launch of online onboarding, adding that the bank is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting government initiatives for convenience.
