Dear editor,It is very interesting to see that the dream to excel in ICT is starting to manifest itself. The one child one computer initiative, speaks for itself. But for it to be more meaningful, it must be accompanied by another initiative that sees to it at least that there is one laptop per teacher. There is need for such equilibrium as a matter of necessity. Otherwise, the children will end up being the teachers since computer knowledge is all about practice. This will be to the detriment of the children since they will have taken a wrong role. NYAMAGABE
