Business low on Idd day
As the Moslem community celebrated the end of fasting, business in Kigali City and its suburbs was low. A mini survey carried out by The New Times found that the few businesses that remained open were not attracting many customers. Most banks were closed. Ecobank and Rwanda Commercial Bank branches that remained open also had few customers entering for services.
