Dear editor, I am a concerned citizen staying in Kicukiro. Last week we buried our neighbour who worked as a doctor at a Military hospital. He was a person loved by everyone. He lived a life of trust hard working and integrity. He was a silent hero! The reason why I am writing this letter is that his death is still mysterious to me. Can we know the underlying reasons as to why the Policeman shot him dead? Kicukiro
