Editor, Kudos to the education stakeholders for facilitating the setting up of the right IT infrastructure in schools—hardware/software—and helping Rwandan youth move to the next competitive level. This is an appropriate strategy that will help increase skills and competencies at the national level, which will undoubtedly have positive implications at the regional level as well, given EAC’s fast growing integration process.
