Dear Editor, I appreciate the organisation with which the voting for the parliamentary seats occurred. This implies that the National Electoral Commission has been very orderly. The ease with which they have made it possible for the citizens of Rwanda to vote is something that cannot go unnoticed. The various polling stations are easily accessible for anyone to vote even those who had no transportation were catered for. This simply means that the election process including the campaigns and voting have been fair and just. Other countries should look at the solidarity that Rwandans have. In this way fighting, dictatorship and bad governance will be minimised in Africa. Gishushu
