Pressure is now firmly on Vincent Mashami’s team to win against struggling Mukura, who are 11th in the table with 20 points but remain one of those team that like to give the Army side hard times whenever they meet. Elsewhere, Police FC saw their slim hopes of moving into title contention dwindle further following a 2-1 loss away to Amagaju in Nyamagabe. Congolese import Jean Pierre Muhindo scored a brace for Amagaju to take his tally for the season to 11 goals and at the top of the net busters list, one goal better than Kiyovu’s Baby Mbakiye and AS Kigali’s Sugira. Striker Jacques Tuyisenge scored Police’s consolation.
