Editor, Rule of law is indispensable; we should all strive for this guiding principle. However, it should be fair to “harvest where you sow” in order to balance the equation. We have witnessed district staff whose performance is “wanting” and only wake up when it is time to leave. We should protect our integrity by proving that we can do the job rather than being a subject of mediocrity. We should all invest in our future by proving we can do the job.
