Elections for the Rwanda National Olympic and Sports Committee (RNOSC) new Secretary General are set for January, 24 at Lemigo Hotel. This follows the resignation of Ahmed Habineza in November last year, citing personal reasons just a year after he had replaced Parfait Busabizwa. So far, three people have expressed interest in the vacant post. They include Dominique Bizimana, Busabizwa (who held the post before) and Philbert Rutagengwa. editorial@newtimes.co.rw
