Mukura Victory Sports deputy skipper Soter Kayumba has tasked his teammates to use the game against APR on Friday to send a message to opponents. Kayumba, who is among the experienced players in the league having played previously for Rayon Sports, AS Kigali, and also serving as captain of Kenyan side AFC Leopards maintains that to be called a great player, one must excel in big games. Kayumba, who has been ever-present at the back for Mukura Victory Sports also noted that the match against APR is very essential to them as the army club is a top team. We consider Friday's game at Kigali Pele Stadium as an important outing because APR is one of the biggest teams in Rwanda. The accomplished guardsman reiterated that the main objective of Mukura Victory Sports in this campaign is to finish on a high. The 2022/23 season, we finished 6th. Now, we have to do everything to be in the top three. Mukura is currently 6th on the Primus National League table with 9 points from six games having won two, drawn three, and lost one.
