Enforce construction rules

Reference is made to the story, “Adventist pastors grilled over death of worshipers” (The New Times, January 6). The contractor and/or supervisor should also be investigated and appropriate action taken (including manslaughter charges). I’m assuming each church branch has autonomy over its finances, and maybe the pastors hired a contractor.
