On the Kenyan side, the Standard Gauge Railway is surprisingly progressing fast. This is unusual for projects in Kenya but I think the three leaders " Presidents Paul Kagame of Rwanda, Yoweri Museveni of Uganda and Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya " have shown a new level of commitment and unity of purpose that, if maintained, will propel the region forward.
