Editor, For the last two weeks, Bank of Kigali’s e-Banking facility has been down. The inconvenience to clients is too much as users cannot access their accounts online or transact in many things. However, we are sure the bank will continue deducting monthly charges for using the service even when it is down. Since registering to the service, I have been enjoying the convenience of having my bank details right on my PC but now that is not possible and it is really hurting. The management should restore the e-Banking service in earnest. Jean M, Kigali
