6 Rwandans receive their Masters degrees in Netherlands
Over the weekend, 136 students received their MA degree in Development Studies at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) in the Netherlands. Six of these students were from Rwanda. The students received their MA degrees from the Rector of ISS, Professor Leo de Haan.
