Musanze FC new head coach Baraka Hussein has been tasked to guide the Northern Province-based side to a top six finish in the National League after signing a two-year contract last week. “We want him to finish in the top six in the next two seasons. It is not an easy target but we will give him all the support that he needs,” Moussa Masumbuko, the Club’s secretary general, told Times Sport in a phone interview yesterday. Musanze lost Godfrey Okoko who got a better offer from Mukura Victory Sport last month. Okoko replaced Jean Baptiste Kayiranga, who was sacked after a string of poor results that saw the Southern Province club relegated to bottom of the league table. Musanze are 11th on the league table after 9 games. They have lost the two league games played since Okoko’s departure. Baraka’s first game in charge of Musanze is against Police on Sunday. editorial@newtimes.co.rw
