Dear editor, There has been a lot of scholarship awarding in Rwanda over the past years, thanks to the Students Finance Agency in Rwanda (SFAR) and the Ministry of Education. However, I still do not understand the criteria used to give these awards, for I have applied and applied in vain! I take all the necessary documentation and wait to be called. However, after a long period of waiting I get shocked to hear that students are already set to fly abroad. In my ignorance of redeeming the times, I realize that it is too late to even get another chance in scooping a scholarship. My only request is that the selecting panel should at least reply through email and explain where the unfortunate candidates fell short in acquiring any scholarship. This will indeed and surely save many the burden of bothering to apply for numerous scholarships or encourage them. Gatsata
