RCAA has not ignored agents' access problem

Refer to the story, Airport clearing agents decry delays in acquisition of access badges, (The New Times, November 27). Thank you for the article. However, I would like to bring to your attention that we have held a meeting with the Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority and agreed to address the challenge.
