Editor, I think the Agaciro Development Fund should be made permanent to reduce the debt which we are getting from foreign countries that we shall leave to our grand kids. For some of us who live out of the country, the managers of this Fund should open accounts in different countries around the world to make it easy for Rwandans to make their contributions. Mwakenya ******************* I am with Rob Mugi, (quoted in the story), when it comes to the management of the Fund. I will be glad to contribute even more when I see that my contribution is doing miracles in different national projects such as food security, water, electricity, roads, hospitals… We need total transparency and accountability of the Fund, and we need to set different developmental targets. If we can bring water to Nyamirambo, this month, we can set different goals to pave the roads of Rubavu in three months time, for instance. If we are not engaged and don’t see the fruits of our contributions with our own eyes, then I don’t understand the reason of contributing.
