Ngarambe presents credentials to Swiss Confederation President
The Rwandan ambassador to Switzerland, Dr Francois Xavier Ngarambe, Tuesday presented his credentials to the President of the Swiss Confederation, Didier Burkhalter, at the Federal Palace in Bern.
