The Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, Musalia Mudavadi on October 6, arrived in Rwanda on an official visit. He was received by Gen (Rtd) James Kabarebe, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs in charge of Regional Cooperation, at the Kigali International Airport. According to his office, Mudavadi is expected to meet President Paul Kagame and deliver a special message from Kenyan President William Ruto, who visited Rwanda in April. Prior to that, Mudavadi also visited Burundi on October 2, for a diplomatic visit and later met Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni on October 5.
