Kaboneka urges youth to own devt process
The youth should own development process of the country looking to what they can do for it instead of asking for support. The remarks were made on Wednesday by the Minister for Local Government, Francis Kaboneka, who was addressing youth leaders attending civic education training (Itorero) at the National Ubutore Development Centre in Burera District.
