The Rwandan national male cricket team is in Nigeria for the 2023 West African Trophy Tour Tournament. All 20 matches of the tournament will take place at the Tafawa Balewa Square Cricket Oval, Lagos from October 4 to October 11. The East African nation is among the best cricket nations on the African continent currently having made giant strides in both the male and female categories. The last two years have seen Rwanda winning the trophy and placing second respectively in T20 female tournaments in Nigeria and they also reached the Supersix in the Cricket U19 world cup in January.
