The 2023/24 FERWAFA First Division Women’s League will start on October 7, according to fixtures released by the local football governing body (FERWAFA). Last season’s runner-ups Inyemera WFC will start their new season with a clash against Kamonyi WFC at Gicumbi Stadium, while APAER FC host IPM on the same day at Rugende football pitch. The national women topflight league comprises 12 clubs – Inyemera WFC, AS Kigali WFC, Bugesera WFC, ES Mutunda WFC, Fatima WFC, APAER WFC, Kamonyi WFC, Gakenke WFC, Indahangarwa WFC, IPM WFC and Rayon Sports WFC.
