Miss Rwanda cautions youth
Miss Rwanda Colombe Akiwacu has cautioned the youth to guard against drug abuse and risky behavior that exposes them to HIV/Aids. Akiwacu was speaking after a friendly soccer match between Kagarama secondary school and Ndayisaba Fabrice Foundation technical secondary school on Saturday at IPRC Kigali campus.
