Kagame attends Uganda Independence fete
President Paul Kagame is among the dignitaries attending Uganda's 52nd Independence celebrations at Kololo grounds in the capital Kampala, alongside his counterparts, host Yoweri Museveni, Jakaya Kikwete of Tanzania and Salva Kiir of South Sudan.
