In the early 1990s, FHI 360 started its operation in Rwanda with a major aim of providing support in the health and community development issues. Among other projects, the orgainsation is implementing an education project dubbed Mentorship Community of Practice (MCOP), which is contributing to the promotion of literacy and quality of education.
