NORTHERN PROVINCE GICUMBI — The Social Democratic party (PSD) is ready for inter-party cooperation for the good of all Rwandans, the Secretary General said. Dr. Jean Damascene Ntawukuriryayo, said this on Thursday in Byumba town, during their official launch of campaigns for parliamentary elections. “Our political agenda is to work with other political parties for the well being of all Rwandans,” said Ntawukuriryayo. Ntawukuriryayo is also the Minister of Health. The rally attracted PSD supporters from Byumba and Manyagiro Sectors of Gicumbi district. Flanked by the district party chairman, Faustin Bonane, the Minister enumerated good governance, democracy, economic development and security as some of the areas where they can work together to achieve. Also present were European Union (EU) Election observers. Addressing Party supporters at their office in Gacurabwenge, the minister called upon them to massively vote for PSD in the forthcoming parliamentary polls. Later the minister led party supporters in a march through Byumba town while chanting party slogans. Ends
