Allow me to pass my great appreciation to the jaguar buses for the reliability and efficiency services they provide to us .However I also want to push my complaint this time round. Recently I happened to travel by the same bus from Kigali to Kampala and to my surprise we got stuck on the way just because of the heavy leaking water tank. This disorganised our movement and affected our journey schedule. Since the buses are expected to be serviced on a daily basis, I would expect the mechanics to have been able to detect that problem before hand.As the operators make us panic with keeping time, they too should be consider passengers as the priority because they did their best to fulfill all the requriements before travelling. These buses travel for long hours and need a thorough servicing the previous evening lest they may get greater problems than a leaking water tank. Concerned passenger
