Janvier Hadi Stage two of the six-day ran from Innisfail to Red Deer to cover a distance of 288.29km. The average time/rider was 6.2623 while the average speed was 45.390 km/h. Hadi, 23, who is riding for Garneau-Quebecor, a Canadian professional cycling team alongside other five elite cyclists, becomes the first Rwandan rider to compete in this competition that was inaugurated last year. In General classification, Dutch-born Tom Dumoulin, who wonTuesday’s Time trail, Wednesday’s stage one and stage two on Thursday, continues to keep the yellow jersey ahead of Ruben Zepuntke of Germany and Romanian Serghei Tvetcov.
