Providing specific-needs technologies

Rwanda’s journey of reconstruction and total transformation in the last 20 years has been characterized by a number of innovations to meet the competing but equally important needs. One of the tools that have been put in the employ to realize the country’s development programmes is the use of ICT to build a private-sector led, knowledge-based economy. Huge investments therefore have been streaming in Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) education in schools.
