Editor, It’s important for each country to have an educated population that contributes to the development of the nation. I see those graduating year in year out and I wonder where jobs are. How many graduates with BA, MA and even PhD holders are without a job and because of that, frustration is building up among our educated population? I think there are many around. I would like to see the Government of Rwanda do something to help these people to prevent having a wasted manpower.
