Riderman involved in nasty accident Rwandan rapper Emery Gatsinzi aka Riderman narrowly survived a fatal road accident Thursday morning at industrial area commonly known as Rwandex. Riderman was speeding when he rammed into a coaster carrying passengers. Our sources say at the time of the accident Riderman was driving under the influence of alcohol and looked tired. Our source who reached the scene shortly after the accident said the musician was clad in red shorts, a t-shirt and flat cap. Riderman was in the company of a young woman who took off as soon as she realised police was on its way. As if driving under the influence was not bad enough, he also didn’t have a driving permit. Riderman tried to escape but was immediately intercepted by onlookers. He is currently being held at Kicukiro police post as he waits for his file to be forwarded to court. Dug-out restaurant to close shop This will not come as good news to Dug-Out loyal customers as their popular eating/partying joint will be closing shop today. Ex-Miss Uganda implicated in ‘theft’ scandal Former Miss Uganda Praise Asiimwe has gone into hiding after she was sacked from her job in Rwanda over embezzling funds meant for Genocide orphans. The 2005-2007 beauty queen was working as the Public Relations Officer at King Faisal Hospital in Kigali.
