The one with the CV

FORTH year students are done with school; even the parties thrown in celebration are done and now, reality has checked in. These graduates wake up to the harsh voices of their parents saying, “Wake up and go look for a job. Don’t be lazy. You don’t have a job and you can’t even help out at home.” Having had enough of this, one very interesting dude decided to get on his feet and start job-hunting. He already had his CV printed out so it was just a matter of walking into someone’s office and presenting it. On his CV, he had attached his passport picture but it looked like it had been cut out from another. He wore shades, first of all, and not the kind that can be confused for tinted spectacles – proper dark sunglasses! In his mind, he would get hired for how awesome he looked in the picture, I guess. His CV also has his favourite kind of food and how he thoroughly disciplines his little brothers at home. I am also guessing that was meant to show his leadership skills. He also carefully noted how he hasn’t gone to prison even when some of his friends have been arrested before. However, he got carried away and started talking about how he almost got nabbed one day but got out of it like a ninja. I really don’t know if there is a university course for comedy because some people are just naturals at it. This guy will definitely get a job somewhere. After making rounds, he called me up and we met for lunch. He told me about all these companies that will surely call him up to offer him a job. Impressed, I took a peak at his CV. He will be waiting for a long time.
