Rwanda will stand by South Sudan

I AM sure that Rwanda can’t abandon South Sudan because we know what war means and we are aware of its consequences. We have security and peace in our country and we are ready to share what we have achieved with the rest of the world, including fellow brothers and sisters from South Sudan.
