Davido in drunken stupor Liberation Day was fun for many Rwandans and the main performer at the Liberation concert, Davido, also had his share to the fullest. Sources say that after performing at the stadium, Davido hit K-Club and drowned himself in so much alcohol that he almost missed his flight back home on Saturday. It was not only alcohol that he enjoyed, it is said that he was seen staggering to the car with a dark-skinned belle known to feature in local music videos. P-Fla and Jay Polly ‘beef’ escalates Rapper P-Fla and ‘Kabaka’ Jay Polly are not on talking terms after the former recorded a song with a verse that contained Jay Polly’s ‘death announcement’. In the verse, P-Fla announces that Tuyishime Joshua (Jay Polly’s real names) passed away at Muhima Hospital and will be buried in Rusororo. Their disagreements started when P-Fla broke away from Tuff Gangs, a group of rappers where Jay Polly belongs, over money issues. Jay Polly has since not responded because any act of indiscipline might get him disqualified from the ongoing Primus Guma Guma Super Star competition. Musicians turn to witch doctors The music industry is proving to be a tough venture for some musicians. After reports emerged that rapper Fireman joined the National Police because he wasn’t making enough money, our sources indicate that artistes are so desperate and have decided to invest in witchcraft hoping to make millions. Surprisingly, some of these musicians are among the most established musicians in the country who have staged big shows and even performed abroad. According to our sources, these musicians have been sighted in Nyamirambo which is known to have witch doctors. Their preferred mode of travel is motos which leave them some 200 metres from the witch doctor’s shrine. They always disguise themselves under hooded sweaters, shades and baseball caps. Sacha Kat pregnant with Nizzo’s child Female singer Sacha Kat is said to be pregnant with Nizzo’s child although the two have not been together since breaking up last year. Sources tell us that Nizzo has been dating a girl identified as Yvette although he has secretly been visiting Sacha for some months now and the pregnancy doesn’t come as a surprise. The two have always maintained that they are close friends; however our sources indicate that they were sighted hanging together in bars and at parties for some time now. “I always see them together and wonder what happened to Yvette,” a source said.
