SPLM officials visit Kigali Genocide memorial
Senior officials of Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM), the ruling party in South Sudan, yesterday visited Gisozi Genocide Memorial vowed to learn from the Rwandan experience to avoid bloodbath.
