The High Court in Nyamirambo on Friday, September 15, resumed the hearing in the case of Dieudonné Ishimwe, the man commonly called Prince Kid. During the court session, the focus was on new audio evidence that emerged in the case. The prosecution argued that an audio recording in question was not new evidence and that an audio earlier presented in court was the original recording. Ishimwe, commenting on the questionable authenticity of the report, argued that the phone in question, which purportedly recorded him, was identified as an iPhone 14 Pro Max in the report, with a recording date of April 16, 2022. However, according to Apple's official release information, the iPhone 14 Pro Max was not even available until September 7 of the same year. Ishimwe recently tied the knot with his long-term girlfriend, Elsa Iradukunda, who was crowned Miss Rwanda 2017.
