RPF and coalition name parliamentary candidates

NYARUGENGE - The Political Bureau of the Rwanda Patriotic Front (RPF) Saturday approved its list of candidates for the forthcoming Parliamentary elections. A communiqué from the party said the meeting was held at Jali club in Kigali and chaired by President Paul Kagame, who is also the Chairman of the party. The list also includes candidates from six political parties who have joined forces with the RPF to contest the September 15 elections. In the 2003 elections, PDC, PDI, PSR and UDPR had joined forces with the RPF and swept the elections.
