Democratic rights of Rwandans are respected

THIS IS a reflection that the Government of Rwanda is mindful of its citizens, both in and outside the country. If well managed, the technology will enable the Diaspora to exercise their democratic rights by choosing the leaders of their choice like any other citizens within the country.
