Ngarambe assumes office in Geneva
The recently appointed Rwandan Permanent Representative to the UN Office in Geneva, Dr Francois Xavier Ngarambe, assumed office yesterday after presenting his credentials to Michael Møller, the acting director-general of the United Nations Office at Geneva.
